Naturally Different Supper Clubs, hosted by Salad Pride, are showcasing passionate and talented chefs and their unique approaches to cooking ethical, natural and tasty food!

Seasonal, British vegetables have always been at the heart of Joey's vegcentric supper club, Hare on the Hill, yet never more so than with her recent leap into vegan cooking. Her food is bold and colourful, and incorporates lots of texture and complexity of flavour thanks to her use of cultured foods. She trained at Ballymaloe and Westminster Kingsway, and has featured on BBC's Masterchef the Professionals.
