
Delicious mushroom sauce is not only champignons, but also a wide variety of types of mushrooms. For example, you can cook it from chanterelles. It turns out very tasty, because they have a special taste, and also very bright because of the beautiful orange color.
Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 25 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Flour - 1 tsp.
- Water - 0.5 glasses
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort and cut chanterelles.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until golden.
Add chanterelles and continue frying until the moisture evaporates.
Add flour and mix.
Pour in boiling water, continuing to stir.
Then - cream and sour cream. Season the sauce to taste.
Simmer for about 5 more minutes until thick.
